Where is my package?
Our packages have an average delivery time of 5-12 business days. This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, and therefore we do not want to ship orders every day. We collect packages in specific quantities, and once we reach our minimum amount, we ship them all at once. We hope you understand this and want to contribute to a better and healthier world.
It has been 12 business days and I still haven't received my package?
We apologize for the inconvenience... Have you checked the tracking? Sometimes packages get held up at customs. Please wait another 7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we see that in 99% of cases the package is eventually delivered. Have you waited 12 business days plus another 7 days? Contact us and we will look for a solution together.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. It takes about 3-5 days to receive a tracking code. Also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. It may take a few business days for your tracking code to become active.
How can I track my order?
On our tracking page, you can use your email address and the received order number (# followed by 4 digits) to check the status of your order and delivery.
