How long does delivery take?
Our packages have an average delivery time of 8-14 business days. This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, so we don’t want to ship just a few orders every day. We assemble packages in bulk and when we reach our minimum threshold, everything is shipped at once. We hope you understand this and want to contribute to a better and healthier world.
How secure is my online order?
When you place an online order with your credit card, all your data is entered on an SSL-encrypted website. Your data is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to the network of our credit card provider, where your card and the transaction are approved and authorized. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.
What are the shipping costs?
As a special service, we currently offer free standard shipping to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Where is my package?
Once the package is ready, it is handed over to our shipping company and you will receive a tracking message.
For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
Why isn’t my package tracking working?
In some cases, the carrier needs 1-2 business days to update the location of the package. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
