Where is my package?
Our packages have an average delivery time of 5-12 business days. This is because we care about the environment and the planet, and therefore we don't want to ship orders every day. We collect packages in specific quantities, and once we reach our minimum quantity, we ship them all at once. We hope you understand this and want to contribute to a better and healthier world.
It's been 12 business days and I still haven't received my package?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Have you checked your tracking? Sometimes packages get stuck at customs. In that case, please wait another 7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we see that in 99% of cases, the package is still delivered. Did you wait 12 business days and then another 7? Please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. It takes approximately 3-5 days for you to receive a tracking code. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. It may take a few business days for your tracking code to become active.
How can I track my order?
On our tracking page, you can use your email address and the order number you received (# followed by 4 digits) to check the status of your order and delivery.
