What is the return period?

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.

How long does it take to get my money back?

A full refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used. Once we receive the returned item, we'll verify that the product is in its original, saleable condition and issue a refund.

What is a return slip?

You'll receive it from the post office when you return your item. Always keep it—it's your proof that you've returned your order.

My item is damaged/defective, what should I do?

To help you as quickly as possible, please attach a few photos that show the poor quality or damaged part of the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface in good light, where the label and defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to help you with your order and prevent errors in the future.

Received the wrong product?

We do our utmost to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that orders slip through the cracks and we ship you the wrong product. Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the returns form viacontact@loranza.nl . Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return. We will process your request as quickly as possible and let you know how to return the item.

Step 2: Send your order
Please send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.

Step 3: Receive your purchase amount back
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
will be credited within 14 working days.

Return Policy and Guidelines:

Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of hygiene products. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible using the same method you used for payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns form with instructions on how and where to send the package. The products are shipped directly from our supplier and should be returned directly to them.



Why can't underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products be returned?

Underwear, masks, and beauty products are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and general safety very seriously and do not allow returns on underwear, masks, hygiene, and beauty products for the safety of our customers. We are not the only ones with this policy; other suppliers of underwear, masks, hygiene, and beauty products also do not allow returns for the same reason.
