Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then you naturally want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To work as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to bundle packages in certain quantities. When we reach our minimum threshold, all our orders are shipped simultaneously by our supplier. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world!
The average delivery time is listed below:
- Processing time (1-5 business days)
Once you have placed an order, it usually leaves our supplier’s warehouse for the carrier the next business day. Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) (Mon - Fri) are processed the same day. Processing time includes:
- Order confirmation
- Adjustments
- Quality control
- Packaging - Delivery time (depending on destination 7-9 business days)
Once your order is processed, it is shipped and typically takes 7-9 business days to be delivered.

- Belgium 8-14 Business Days* (Mon - Fri) (standard shipping)

* All delivery times above exclude customs and related delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers.
If you have placed an order with us, you can easily see when your package is expected after processing. You will receive a personal tracking code by email (no later than 5 days after purchase), which allows you to track your order via our tracking partner app. Click on our tracking app to follow your package.

We cover the shipping costs ourselves. Every order is
DELIVERED FREE to your home. No minimum order quantity is required.
Lost package?
In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before applying our refund and return policy.
Import duties
In some cases, customs will inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed as of July 1, 2021, and we have no influence over it. In some cases, customs may charge a small import fee. However, this happens in 99% of cases not. If customs fees are charged, please contact us.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Loranza has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to withhold €14.95 from the amount.
Change address
You can change your address up to 24 hours after purchase or before the processing time. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for this.
Why isn’t my order tracking working?
In some cases, the carrier needs 1-2 business days to update the package location. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
