To operate as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices for our products, we've chosen to bundle packages in certain quantities. When we reach our minimum threshold, all our orders will be shipped simultaneously by our supplier. We hope you understand this and will help us create a better and healthier world!
The average delivery time is listed below:
- Processing time (1-5 business days)
Once you place an order, it usually leaves our supplier's warehouse for the carrier the next business day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1:00) (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day. Processing time consists of:
- Order confirmation
- Adjustments
- Quality control
- Packaging - Delivery time (depending on destination 7-9 working days)
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and will take an average of 7-9 business days to arrive.

- Netherlands 8-14 working days* (Mon - Fri) (standard shipping)
- Belgium 8-14 working days* (Mon - Fri) (standard shipping)

* All delivery times above exclude customs and related delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers.
If you've placed an order with us, you can easily see when your package is expected after processing. You'll receive a personal tracking code by email (no later than 5 days after purchase), which you can use to track your order through our tracking partner app. Click on our tracking app to track your package.

Lost package?
In the event a package is lost or undelivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Import duties
In some cases, customs will inspect the package being delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed on July 1, 2021, and we have no control over it. In some cases, customs may charge a small amount for import duties. However, this doesn't happen in 99% of cases. If you are still charged customs duties, please contact us.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Loranza incurs the costs of delivery. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery person, and we are entitled to deduct €14.95 from the total amount.
Change address
You can change your address up to 24 hours after purchase or before the processing time. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to do so.
Why isn't tracking my order working?
In some cases, the carrier needs 1-2 business days to update the package's location. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
